2007 Cabernet Franc / Noiret Back to all products

This wine combines the spice characteristics of white and black pepper of the Noiret grape variety with the green garden bell pepper of Cabernet Franc. A classic interplay between spice and vegetable flavors makes and ideal wine for veal, beef, or game birds. An excellent example of how blending flavor components can create wines that pair seamlessly with food. Unfiltered and unfined.
